Dencom's standard rates for on-site service and support are as follows:

BUSINESS HOURS
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
$250 per man-hour - 1 hour minimum

AFTER HOURS
Monday-Friday 5PM-9AM, Saturday and Sunday (all day)
$475 per man-hour - 2 hour minimum

Cabling labor is billed at $180 per man-hour during business hours, $275 per hour thereafter

Remote programming and maintenance is billed at $150 per hour, with a 15-minute minimum.
