From 1977 to 1979 he was Assistant to the Producers and then Associate Producer of Hawaii Five-0, the second-longest running series in TV history.

From 1980-1981 he produced several movies for television and worked on independent features. When the 1981 Writers' Guild strike lingered for many months, he left show business for the high-tech world.

Since 1981 he has been president and CEO of Dencom Systems, Inc. Dencom installs and services IP Telephony and networking technology for businesses and is partnered with Allworx, Cisco, and others to provide integrated telecommunications solutions. Dencom was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the USA from 1986-1989.

Since 1992 he has also been CEO and founder of Fibernet, Inc., a nationwide long distance carrier which partners with Dencom to offer customers a single-vendor telecommunications solution. Fibernet is partnered with AT&T, Covad and Level3 to provide the highest quality network services.

In 1999, Mr. Denoff also co-founded pocketpass.com, which patented a prepaid phone card whose account number is used instead of a credit card for secure, anonymous online shopping and money transfers. Pocketpass.com was acquired by SVC Financial Services in September 2003 and launched the Mazarin Media Platform - a Digital Rights Management tool to facilitate the profitable selling of dowloadable content including music, video and the written word.

In 2003, Mr. Denoff founded Spaports, which is creating a network of luxury spa-clubs in airports and shopping centers worldwide. www.spaports.com

In 2006, Mr. Denoff formed Sutton Square Entertainment as the vehicle for his return to the creative world of stage, film, television, and new media entertainment. He produced the Tony-Award-winning comedy "The 39 Steps", Babalu!, a concert celebration of Desi Arnaz and his orchestra conceived by, and starring Lucie Arnaz. His is the producer of the upcoming musical "Peggy Sue Got Married" based on the award winning film, with music by the composer of "Jersey Boys," Bob Gaudio, and written by Jerry Leichtling and Arlene Sarner, who wrote the film.

Mr. Denoff resides in New York City.
